Responsibilities:
- Primary contact with tenants regarding any payment / A/R issues
- Notify tenants of pending rent increases (fixed / CPI)
- Review and approve tenant billings / rent-ups
- Conduct monthly Tenant visits
- Review and update Accrual reports
- Ensure lease compliance (insurance, payments, maintenance/physical alterations, etc.)
- Verify and approve vendor invoices
- Review General Ledger for accuracy
- Prepare budget year expenses with utilities, vendors, and engineers
- Perform Year End Reconciliations
- Confirm lease information in Reconciliation spreadsheets
- Confirm inclusion of all expenses and billing for tenant-specific expenses, using year-to-date general ledger(s)
- Track status with other team members
Qualifications:
- MUST have commercial real estate experience
- Minimum 2 years’ Property Management experience in commercial real estate
- CA Real Estate Salesperson's license required
- Bachelor’s degree
